Outside- gas barbeque,lawn chairs, picnic tables, swing set,fire pit. Nets for badminton, volleyball and basketball. Share canoe and paddle boat. Adult life jackets provided. What to Bring Sheets, pillowcases and towels, soap and paper products (ie: toilet paper); fan, portable radio; crib or high chair for children, and life jackets for children. Sorry no Pets! Consideration of Others And the weather in respect to use of shared grounds and dock areas, and recreation equipment. Fire allowed in pit areas if no wind. Keep noise down after 11pm. Volume outside radios etc. to your area only. Limit visitors to approx. 2hr. or day pass available for a fee. Check-in After 2:30p.m. and Check-out by 10:30a.m. Please May be able to vary these terms, please inquire (off season only). Deposits 25% deposit required with all bookings. Reservations are guaranteed and guests are responsible for full cost of reserved accommodations unless cancellation of reservation is received 21 days prior to first day of reservation. Deposits received will be refunded ONLY if accommodations are subsequently rented. All refunds subject to a $30 administration fee.
