*additional person rate refers to adults only – children under 3 no charge – cottages are limited to Max Capacity any violation of Max Capacity will lead to removal from premises by management without notice or refund. 
**Pontoon will be supplied with a tank full of gas. Renter is responsible for filling tank prior to returning pontoon rental or an 10% surcharge will be applicable over and above cost of refill. 
 NOTES:
·          Peddal Boats and Kayak for use on a first come first served basis by cottagers at no cost.
·          Pets not permitted without prior approval and if approved $100 surcharge will apply (non-refundable)
·          A $250 security deposit will be required in cash prior to rental – deposit will be returned in cash post exit inspection
·          Cottages are fully equipped other than: personal hygienic items, sheets/sleeping bags, pillows and food 
·          Daily housekeeping services are not available
